This is a physician-run weight loss clinic. We offer nutritional support, phentermine, and vitamin B12 injection.
Fees: $90 for each visit
We assess your weight, emotional, and nutritional needs. We check your CBC, chemistry profile, thyroid reading, and lipid profile. If you have these labs done within the previous three months, we will happy to accept them.
We write you a weight loss prescription according to the final assessments and you fill it at your local pharmacy.
